The Subaru Crosstrek is capable of towing up to 1,500 pounds on the base, Premium, Sport and Limited models. With the Crosstrek Hybrid, you can tow up to 1,000 pounds.
Subaru Forester
The Forester is capable of towing up to 3,000 pounds with the Forester Wilderness and 1,500 pounds with the rest of the trim levels.
Subaru Outback
The Subaru Outback is capable of towing up to 3,500 pounds. It's equipped with a direct-injection Subaru BOXER® engine for up to 182 horsepower, but you can choose the turbocharged option to get the maximum towing potential.
Subaru Ascent
As the largest Subaru SUV, the Ascent offers up to 5,000 pounds of towing capacity thanks to the Direct Injection Turbocharged Subaru BOXER® engine. It's paired with a Lineartronic® CVT to produce and distribute up to 260 horsepower and 277 pound-feet of torque to all wheels through the Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive system.
