New Subaru Trailseeker in Cincinnati, OH

New Subaru Trailseeker EV: Coming Soon to Cincinnati

Subaru's lineup of electric vehicles is expanding, and drivers in the Cincinnati area now have an exciting new model to look forward to. Following the debut of the Solterra, Subaru is preparing to introduce the larger and more capable Trailseeker in early 2026. First unveiled at the 2025 New York International Auto Show, this midsize SUV is built to combine Subaru's adventurous personality with the benefits of modern EV technology. With its spacious accommodations and rugged capability, the Trailseeker is designed to serve both family needs and outdoor lifestyles alike.

Performance

Whether you're commuting through Hamilton or heading off the beaten path, the Trailseeker is ready with confident performance. Its dual-motor electric system generates 375 horsepower and delivers the instant torque that makes EVs so responsive. It can reach 60 mph from a standstill in about 4.5 seconds and comes standard with the surefooted confidence of Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive. It also features dual-function X-MODE® for enhanced traction on snow, mud, and uneven terrain. Adding to its versatility, the Trailseeker can tow up to 3,500 pounds-enough for a lightweight camper, utility trailer, or small boat for a weekend trip.

EV Charging & Range

The Trailseeker's 75-kWh battery offers an estimated driving range of 260 miles per charge. That means drivers can plan road trips from Liberty Township across Ohio with confidence, stopping only briefly to recharge when necessary. With speeds of up to 150 kW, you can recover significant range in a short time. Plus, thanks to its North American Charging System (NACS) port, the Trailseeker is compatible with a wide network of DC fast-charging stations, including Tesla Superchargers.

Interior Comfort and Cargo Space

Inside, the Trailseeker is both roomy and thoughtfully designed. It borrows cues from the Solterra but provides more headroom, legroom, and cargo capacity. Official cargo measurements are still forthcoming, but Subaru has confirmed that the Trailseeker will surpass the Solterra's capacity, giving you more flexibility for everything from daily errands to gear-heavy trips.

The Trailseeker also comes well-equipped with a long list of comfort and convenience features, including standard heated front seats, StarTex® water-repellent upholstery, a power driver's seat, a power liftgate, and roof rails. You can also upgrade your Hamilton travels with available amenities like:

  • Heated steering wheel
  • Heated rear outboard seats
  • Digital Key
  • Hands-free liftgate
  • Ventilated front seats
  • Panoramic glass roof with motorized shade

Tech and Safety Features

Technology takes center stage in the Trailseeker's cabin with Subaru's largest-ever display. The standard 14-inch touchscreen includes wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for convenient, cord-free smartphone integration. You'll also get dual wireless charging pads and multiple USB ports to keep everyone connected.

As with any Subaru model, the all-new Trailseeker prioritizes safety, offering an extensive roster of EyeSight® driver-assist systems. All models come standard with:
